We recently purchased a used caravan and had a diesel heater installed to our caravan and a tow pack to our car. The workmanship was excellent. About to travel on our first trip in our caravan when the indicators and brake lights would not work. Graham and Matt at Geelong Trailers and Caravans said to bring the caravan in for a look. Matt was excellent. Striped all the old wiring and replaced with new. All good now and at no charge. We could not thank them both enough. Thank you both again for making our first trip a memorable one. We have no hesitation in recommending Geelong Trailers and Caravans to anyone!
Exceptional service and quality advice
We had our diesel heater installed by Geelong Trailers and Caravans. They were able to install it without fuss and within the promised time, and I time for our planned trip. On arrival the mechanic went through the installation procedure including the positioning of the heater unit, control panel and fuel tank. He was also able to answer any questions I had at this time. I was told I would receive a call about around midday on pick up day and it was not long after noon when they rang to tell me it was ready. When I arrived to pick it up Tony went through the operation procedure and gave a few tips of how to ensure that we get the best performance and life out of the diesel heater.
The professionalism this company displayed is reassuring and we have decided that we will be getting them to do our caravan servicing and maintenance in the future.

We had great help and advice from Tony and the crew at Geelong Trailers and Caravans. We were concerned that our Caravan tyres were scrubbing out and uncertain about the cause. The guys fitted us in and quickly identified that the issue was that the bushes were worn & needed replacing as well as a wheel alignment etc required.
This quick diagnosis put our minds at ease.
