Communication was outstanding from the time of booking to drop off and pick up of our pride and joy. Recently had a few things fixed up on my horse float. Cannot fault the team at Geelong Trailers and Caravans. Even on the phone before I'd booked the appointment they were so kind and helpful. They've done a ripper job on my float and I'll be recommending them to everyone. It can be difficult as a female with minimal knowledge of mechanical things but not once did I feel patronised or spoken to like I have been before. They were all so kind and friendly and took the time to answer all my questions. Thanks so much guys you're a bunch of legends.

All good no drama at all standard service.

Excellent service, we had driven from WA and were having braking issues, called Graham and he got us in the next morning. Fantastic job, he had us sorted and on our way in half an hour. Would definitely recommend.
