After researching local businesses specialising in caravan servicing we settled on Geelong Trailers and Caravans to do our new caravan’s first service. It turned out to be an excellent choice. Communication was outstanding from the time of booking to drop off and pick up of our pride and joy. I spoke with both Tony and Graham throughout the process and their attention to detail, caravan knowledge and focus on customer satisfaction were outstanding. Graeme and the team were excellent to deal with, and had very good communication. Everything I asked for was done, and on time.They even talked me out of buying a roll out awning that wasn't suitable to my pop up van. Very honest of them.They will be my go to business to look after my caravan.

Tow bar installation was carried out perfectly. Neat and professional job in a busy period. Communication was excellent. Customer service was on point. This company uses Australian made quality products and are old school Aussie business owners. Highly recommend.
Recently had a few things fixed up on my horse float. Cannot fault the team at Geelong Trailers and Caravans. Even on the phone before I'd booked the appointment they were so kind and helpful. They've done a ripper job on my float and I'll be recommending them to everyone. It can be difficult as a female with minimal knowledge of mechanical things but not once did I feel patronised or spoken to like I have been before. They were all so kind and friendly and took the time to answer all my questions. Thanks so much guys you're a bunch of legends.

Excellent service, we had driven from WA and were having braking issues, called Graham and he got us in the next morning. Fantastic job, he had us sorted and on our way in half an hour. Would definitely recommend.
